Sorry about that. Presser is right, CKD means cyclical ketogenic diet which people eat no more than 30-50g of carbs a day and reefed with cars 1-2 days a week.
I've come across several posts on other forums stating that T3 and/or Clen aren't productive on a CKD but they don't go into detail as to why. I went to google but couldn't find any answers. Anyone know if it's true that both these chemicals are counterproductive on a CKD and if so, why?
