I made some chicken salad for the road. I also made the family a nice meal before I left. I smoked a good sized bone-in prime rib, roasted carrots covered with whipped chickpeas and plain Greek yogurt. I toped the carrot dish with minced carrot greens. I forgot to get pictures of everything...

Hopefully pretty soon. I now have everything I need. I do need to go out of town for a few days. I should be back around the middle of next week and plan to jab Thu or Fri.
