I administer immediately after workout. Within minutes. Also followed by a post workout shake of highly branched cyclic dextrin, protein and leucine. From all the information I've read that seems to be the most beneficial way to take the stuff.

I've done a decent amount of research and there are definitely a lot of different opinions on the topic. I would think pre workout would be ideal but it's long acting so it really shouldn't matter right? Half like is approx 20-30 hrs

I just received my first order of lr3. Is it me or does it look like there is hardly anything in there? Haha. Packaging was good. Looking forward to starting it. I'm going to be using it after pct along with gw and s4. Can anyone recommend a protocol? Timing and dosage. Thanks guys

Check out the podcast interview he did on advices radio. The host Scott asks him some deep questions about his past life and present. Tony is very open and honest in the interview. Or so it seems lol. Great podcast btw for bodybuilders
