Im very happy with the Fkit i bought. I used directions from T's kit and everything turned out nice and clear. Maybe fatter vials so it will hold a bit more oil but besides that its a good kit.

I am always really serious about my diet but i ALWAYS have a cheat day built in. I set a max cal limit so i dont freakout and eat everything but if i want a NORMAL serving of something, i will go get it. but the other 6 days a week are completely honest and clean.

I love my marks.. they came from me beinga huge fat guy. Now when i say i have lost a ton of weight so far, i can prove it hehe
