New to CYCLE

I'm 47 been test C for 2 yrs at 200mg every 10 days for trt. Starting a cycle with test c 250 mg Monday and Thursday along with 100mg npp. Since I'm already doing trt any suggestions on changes or adding. And do I need pct. I'm very new so thanks for information.
