Sorry I didn’t make it all clear. I’m currently 27. I workout 3-4 times a week and I don’t have the cleanest diet. But to be honest I want to get shredded and I was working out with this guy and suggested I try a Tren cycle which he uses himself and swore by it but I’m just looking for more info.
