Actually its my 1st real cycle, i have run test and dbol long time ago and i have a frd who can help me with steroids, he has some knowledge not bad but not for a pre contest.
So im planning to gain some mass then hitting the cutting phase whats best for it
Im competing for the 1st time in mr olympia amateur ( bodybuilding open ) i need a cycle without gh as i mentioned starting with a lil bit of bulking then cutting to hit the target between 165 and 176lbs .
Im 170cm and 164lbs with 14% body fat
