i started a sust,eq,winny cycle 2 weeks ago. iam doing 500mg sust a week iam doing one shot every four days my Question is should i do one shoot every four days or one shot a week?

my new bottle of winny seems a lil thicker then the others i have used. i think it may have crystalized a lil bit. i tryed puting it in warm water but didnt realy help shoud i put it in boiling water for a few min or better if i bake it for a bit.or any other sugestions .thanks all.
