boiling it should help. if its real bad, just cut it with either something lighter. you can even use cookiing oil, like mct or vegitable oil. its safe to inject, as long as you boil it.

deca does help lubricate your joints. i'm not sure if it will actually directly help your ligaments heal any better though.
