I've been on 500mg/test E and 400mg/tren E a week for the past 6 weeks. I am taking AI (1/2 tablet) daily also.
My diet has been around 2.5k cals, about 200g carb/protein and 100g fat. All good clean foods. No mass shakes this time more food and just 1 whey shake and casein before I sleep...
