Glute kickback 75 lbs rt/lf, 3 sets of 12 reps
Leg press (hammies) 50 lbs, 3 sets of 12 reps
Squats 2 sets, 20 reps ( no wt) just for giggles
Dumbell hammer curls, 20 lbs for 3 sets at 6 reps, 7 reps and 7 reps...

for anyone who has not jumped on the decanote train i will tell you its great. i do 2 cc a week for a cycle or for hrt but u could do one shot every two weeks for hrt or crusing. i get no pip with it also feel that my test levels stay even no ups and downs with test d . the half life is 14.5...
