Hi all I'm new to this and I'm interested in using IGF.I heard about it years ago but was skeptical about it. I'm looking around on how to use it and how many weeks can you go on it before cycling off of it.How many bottles do you need for an 8 or 12 week cycle? Thanks have a good day.:):)
