A new Netflix series, titled “Breaking The Olympia,” is said to be in the works, featuring 7x Mr. Olympia Phil “The Gift” Heath. I just checked out an interesting interview clip between the legend and Muscular Development’s Giles “Tiger” Thomas. In the interview, Phil insists he doesn’t want to...

Yeah… you read that title right. Here’s the problem I have with Phil Heath. Ok, I have many, but the main one as of late, has been the vagueness in his comments. Is he doing the Olympia or is he not? What’s up with all the dodgy answers? The Olympia is the biggest contest in...

Ok, I’ll bite. I’ve tried to so long to ignore this “news story,” because it’s not a news story. It’s not anything – except for clickbait. I don’t fault Kai, because he does appearances and agrees to do interviews because he’s promoting a lot of projects – he has no control...

I recently saw, interviewed, and chatted with famed bodybuilder Roelly “The Beast” Winklaar at the 2019 NPC Pittsburgh Championships. In usual Roelly fashion, he looked massive, his arms were surreal and his mindset was upbeat. He looked and sounded like The Beast, but after...

The fans have been asking for it since 2014, the first year the sport of bodybuilding didn’t have 4x Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler on the stage. Cutler had battled it out with The Big Nasty, Ronnie Coleman for four Olympias, won four himself, took second in 2011, recovered in 2012...

The world of competitive bodybuilding is on fire! People everywhere are taking to the Facebook groups, chatting among themselves in weight rooms, locker rooms, and by the shake bar. The few who still frequent message boards, they’re also talking. The pundits can’t fight the...

Following his loss to Shawn Rhoden at the 2018 Mr. Olympia, Phil Heath mentioned that he was once again needing to go under the knife to fix his hernia. This time, he announced that he needs time for his body to heal and doesn’t want to rush back on stage and not only risk doing...

If you’re a bodybuilding fan, chances are you’ve heard about Kai Greene and the many great victories he enjoyed. Fans from all over the world have his posters and reminisce about the glory days, when The Predator dominated the sport. Whatever contest he entered, the NYC-based...

We binge watched this series over this past weekend, and I thought it was pretty cool that Kai Greene had a pretty decent part in the series! Good for you brutha, you never know we could have an Arnold in the making lmao.
Anyhow, great series!
I was able to watch this the other night and all I can say it WOW. It has the good and the bad. Kai is awesome in the film and it shows that you don't have to compete to make money but it also shows the down side to those that do compete and the competition that comes from others that do not...

Is it just me or are IFBB bodybuilding competitions starting to get stale? There are no rivalries anymore to get us excited to see individuals go head-to-head on stage. I remember when I first got into the bodybuilding scene, you had Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman constantly...

Kai Greene's Killer Leg Workout
Lots of Sets, and Silent From Start to Finish
Part of the fun of following Kai Greene during a leg workout is you never know what’s next. Kai does a lot of sets— and despite two hours of a pre-workout workout, he was still going to do a lot of sets. His...
