Well after a lazy month its time to get myself back...December to march here is my plan:
Mon/wed/fri shots-1500mg test cyp/wk, 900mg eq/wk
ed-80mg tbol 8wks on 4 off
M-f 20mcg bilaterally (40ed m-f) igf-lr3 4 weeks on/4 weeks off half hour before training or same time non training days...
I am about to start my summer cutting cycle, and I will be running a little SD for a kickstart.
The problem is, I don't have very much of it, and I'm hoping someone can tell me what would be the best to run it.
I have enough to run it at:
10/20/20 if I run it only M-F
