Every 8 days I have a refeed day for 6 hours or 3-4 meals max. No cardio or training this day. Truth be told I cant stand this day!
5am - check my temperature first, take BCAA's and Glut, eat eggo waffles to feeling full then 50g micro filtration whey protein shake.
