very interested in trying tirzepatide and seeing how it can work for me. I’m currently 230lbs and 5’7’’. I would say I need to lose around 20-30lbs to be at a healthier weight. Would I run the tirzepatide at 2mgs a week for 12 weeks then increase it to 3mgs? Would that work?
