    my wife went in for her first comp on sat a in house throw down.. she was competing as an elite. she came last and did not finnish the main WOD as there was a 20mins time limit but im proud of her and ive posted some pics.. :gold::gold::gold::gold::gold::gold::gold::gold::gold::gold::gold::gold:
