About to start a little bulk on top of my current bulk goal is to gain 20+ lbs in 4 weeks of course there is gonna be some fat but I can't wait to see what happens///

currently on 800mg test a week, 500mg deca 34 years old 5'-11" 205 12% ish BF morning weight...

additional stack
week 1-6 40mcg IGF-1 LR3
week 1-6 30-50mg dbol
week 1-4 5iu and ramping up as I can humalog insulin

Insulin will be PRE workout with dextrose / oats / protein, IGF-1 will be post workout sometimes SUB Q sometimes intramuscular just depends on day.. Can NOT wait to see the changes.... 8 weeks from now will be starting some Tren to recomp afterwards

A few tips that I have learned but they may or may not apply to everyone.

1) I get absolutely nothing from deca. EQ is a far better option for me.

2) Dbol puts the weight on but it also goes away just as fast. Anadrol puts the same amount of weight on me but more of it is muscle instead of water. I keep about 75% of gains from Anadrol as opposed to maybe 30% from dbol.

3) Humalog didn’t do much until I got up to 10iu. I went as high as 16 but settled on 12 as my perfect dose. DO NOT keep pushing until you go hypo. That was a mistake I made and it will ruin your day! I wanted to “feel” it. Believe me, you do not want to “feel” insulin working. I also keep an extra shaker in my gym bag with 100g dextrose in it and an extra bottle of water to mix it with if I need it. You better have it handy at all times. If you let the hypo feeling hit, it progresses fast. There’s no time to waste trying to get everything together. Don’t leave your gym bag in the car when you get home either. Take it in and keep it beside you. That second spike can be worse than the first one. I’m talking from experience here, BE SAFE.

Thanks for the tips... whats the hypo feeling? I assume just a massive crash in energy ?

It starts with a weak, almost dizzy feeling. Hands get shaky and you start to get a cold sweat. It only takes a few seconds until your hands are shaking so bad you can barely hold a shaker to drink. You will be sweating so bad that you literally soak all the clothes you’re wearing. That’s as far as I’ve ever gotten but other people have said the next thing is tunnel vision.
The reason I stress the backup carb shake so much is because you never know what delays might happen so you need to have it with you at all times. You could leave the gym going home and have a flat tire, car breakdown, traffic jam, fender bender, cop pulls you over and takes forever to write a ticket, etc. I was on my way home to eat my rice once and there was a wreck on the highway. It had traffic backed up and I could do nothing but sit there. I waited 45 minutes before traffic started to move. If I hadn’t had my shake with my I would be dead right now.

Starting today finally, still not IGF-1 but I am stacking Humalog with Dbol taking both pre workout we will see how it goes!! starting with 6iu

I think I am gonna try it post workout... I tried pre workout and tried gummy bears intra workout and I think they could not digest fast enough for the sugar needed... seems much easier post workout big shake following injection, and a big meal an hour later
