Nine IFBB Pro Wellness competitors will take to the 2023 Heart of Texas Pro stage in the Irving Convention Center in Irving, TX, on Saturday, Sept. 9, 2023. Those nine competitors will vie the 2023 Wellness Olympia qualification that comes with scoring gold. The 2023 Olympia is slated for Nov. 2-5, 2023, in Orlando, FL.
With only one month to go before the Olympia qualification cutoff of Oct. 9, 2023, every contest is a must-win for the competitors who are not yet qualified. The full roster of athletes is below, with names in alphabetical order:

Athletes to Watch
Below are three of the athletes competing likely to make a run for the podium:
Amanda Burnett
Amanda Burnett has a different opportunity than her fellow competitors. She has already qualified for the Olympia, thanks to her win at the 2023 Houston Tournament of Champions in April. If she wins this contest, no qualification will be awarded. Only pro show winners advance to the Olympia. Even better for Burnett, she is still qualified for the Olympia if she doesn’t win, meaning she has nothing to lose.
Amy Li
Amy Li is set to make her fourth appearance of the 2023 season. She finished as high as second at the 2023 Chicago Pro and as low as 10th at the 2023 Lenda Murray Atlanta Pro. The second-year pro has shown the potential to win a contest, and beating an Olympia-qualified competitor such as Burnett can give her a lot of confidence heading into the Olympia.

Ismara dos Santos
Brazil’s Ismara dos Santos is coming off a third-place finish at the 2023 RGV Classic Pro one week prior. She competed at the 2022 Olympia, finishing outside the top 15. Dos Santos seeks a second consecutive trip to the Olympia. With two pro career wins to her credit, she is capable of winning in Irving.
If dos Santos received feedback from the judges at her last show and applied it, she could be the last woman standing. She is the only Brazilian in this lineup, and a win would make her the ninth athlete from her home country to qualify for the Wellness Olympia.
