Men’s Open Athletes to Watch
Three of the top athletes contending for the podium to watch in the Men’s Open are below:

Roman Fritz
Roman Fritz is already qualified for the 2023 Olympia thanks to his win at the 2023 Bigman Weekend Pro contest, which was his first win as a pro. He has continued to compete since then but has failed to win again. Should he triumph in Milan, no Olympia qualification will be issued, and the other contenders will have to adjust their focus to 2024.

Tim Budesheim
Tim Budesheim has competed three times in the last month, coming off third-place finishes at the 2023 Sheru Classic France Pro and the 2023 Europa Pro. He ranked ahead of Fritz in both contests. Budesheim is a six-year pro still searching for his first pro win and Olympia debut.

Theo Leguerrier
Theo Leguerrier has competed in three pro shows in 2023, including a runner-up to winner Nathan De Asha in the Sheru Classic France Pro. Leguerrier has been under the Olympia lights before having finished the 2022 contest outside the top 15. The 2022 Europa Pro winner is looking for his second pro win for a trip to the Olympia.
