Classic Physique Athletes to Watch
Below are athletes likely to contend in first callouts:
Chen Kang
Chen Kang ranked 14th overall at the 2022 Classic Physique Olympia contest. He didn’t compete at all during the 2023 Olympia qualifying season. That gave him over 10 months to prepare for this show. A win here qualifies for the 2024 Olympia and would enable another extended off-season.
Woo Gyum Kim
Woo Gyum Kim of South Korea has only competed once as a pro bodybuilder: a bronze medal at the 2022 Monsterzym Pro. There will be more eyes on him for this contest. He will likely welcome them in his home country.
Brian Au
This is Brian Au’s IFBB Pro League debut. He earned his pro status in September 2023 at the 2023 NPC Worldwide Global Classic Hong Kong Pro Qualifier contest. Competing in a smaller lineup should help Au wet his feet in the pro ranks, which often feel different than amateur contests.

Bikini Division Athletes to Watch
Below are favorites to contend for the podium in the Bikini division:
Wu Bi
This is Wu Bi’s fifth competition of 2023. Her highest finish among the previous four shows was second at the 2023 Tahoe Pro. A win here to qualify for the 2024 Bikini Olympia would allow her ample off-season time to make any desired improvements for the 2024 Olympia.
Di Qin
Chinese competitor Di Qin will make her pro debut at this show. Her last amateur contest was at the 2023 NPC Worldwide Korea Open Pro Qualifier, where she won the overall championship.
MinHee Baek
This is Minhee Baek’s second show of 2023. She was eighth at the 2023 Musclecontest Japan Pro in February. The 2024 season will be her fourth as a pro bodybuilder.
