Four IFBB Pro League shows take place on the weekend of Sept. 23-24, 2023, and all four can impact the 2023 Olympia Weekend in Orlando, FL, on Nov. 2-5. One of them is the 2023 Musclecontest International Ultimate Pro Classic Physique contest in Curitiba, Brazil.
There are eight men in the lineup for this show, and the winner will qualify for the Classic Physique Olympia. The roster of contestants is below, none of which are yet Olympia-qualified:

Rodrigo Coelho
Rodrigo Coelho is a Masters competitor with two Masters shows victories this season; one in Charlotte and one in Chicago. Those did not qualify him for the 2023 Olympia, but he could continue his winning streak in this contest to stamp his ticket to Orlando. Even though he’s a Masters competitor, this is his rookie season in the IFBB Pro League.
Paulo Henrique
Paulo Henrique is the only athlete in the lineup not representing Brazil. This will be his 2023 season debut.
The third-year pro’s highest career finish was fourth at the 2021 Musclecontest Brazil Pro. His most recent pro appearance was the 2022 Mr. Big Evolution Pro, where he ranked ninth in the Classic Physique show.
Gabriel Zancanelli
Gabriel Zancanelli may be the overall favorite for this show. He ranked 13th overall at the 2022 Classic Physique Olympia. This will be his 2023 season debut — less than one month from the Olympia qualifying cutoff date of Oct. 9, 2023.

Competing late in the season is likely a strategic move to earn qualification closer to the Olympia. Zancanelli is a fourth-year pro who earned his pro card at the 2019 Arnold Amateur South America contest.
Other Notes
This is one of three Classic Physique shows occuring on the weekend of Sept. 23-24. The other two are at the San Antonio Pro in San Antonio, TX and the Dubai Pro in Dubai, UAE. The winners of each of those shows qualify for the 2023 Classic Physique Olympia to challenge four-time reigning Olympia champion Chris Bumstead for the throne.
