Men’s Physique Athletes to Watch
Below are three athletes likely to reach first callouts in the Men’s Physique contest.
Jeremy Potvin
Jeremy Potvin finished as high as fourth on the Men’s Physique Olympia stage but was absent from the contest in 2022. This is his first pro show appearance of the 2023 season, and if he taps gold, he’ll be one and done and on to the Olympia. He has one of the most prominent chests in the division, which could help keep him in the mix to stand atop the podium.
Steven Cao
Cao came within one spot of qualifying for the Olympia when he placed second at the 2023 DC Pro. He has two wins as a pro, so he’s no stranger to center stage. The matchup between Cao and Potvin will be great for the fans in attendance.
Ramses Rams
Rams enters his fourth contest of the 2023 season in Austin. He has placed fourth twice and was the runner-up at the 2023 Mile High Pro show. He has until October to qualify for the 2023 Olympia, but competing in so many shows deep into the season could take its toll. The sooner Rams can win a show, the better it will be for his recovery and preparation for Orlando.

Bikini Division Athletes to Watch
The Bikini division is deep at this show, and the three athletes below are likely to be in the mix for first callouts in the Bikini division.
Jordan Fisher
Jordan Fisher is attempting to go two-for-two in Texas. She won the 2023 USA Fit Games Dallas Pro to qualify for the 2023 Olympia. If she takes another title in Austin, she will block the qualification from passing to another athlete. Regardless of how she does at this show, expect to see her on stage in Orlando at the Olympia in November.
India Paulino
India Paulino is a Bikini division legend, having won two Bikini International titles as well as placing as high as third at the Bikini Olympia twice. She looks to win her 15th pro show since 2011 at this contest. If she wins and competes in the 2023 Olympia, it will be her ninth time competing on bodybuilding’s grandest stage.
Lexus Redmond
Redmond has competed twice so far in the 2023 season. She placed fifth at the 2-23 Pittsburgh Pro and second at the 2023 Dallas Pro to Fisher. She seeks her second Olympia appearance but has to win a pro show to get the qualification in 2023.
