Bikini Division Athletes to Watch
Below are three athletes in the Bikini division likely to contend for the top of the podium:
Ashley Kaltwasser
Ashley Kaltwasser is a three-time Bikini Olympia champion. She ranked third in the 2023 Bikini Olympia. She is the sport’s all-time pro wins leader with 41 pro show victories. Kaltwasser is already qualified for the 2024 Bikini Olympia as a previous Olympia champion, so no qualification will be issued if she wins in Honolulu. This will be her Shawn Ray Hawaiian Classic Pro debut.
Erika Devera
Erika Devera is traditionally a Masters competitor but ranked fourth in the 2023 Legion Sports Fest Pro Open lineup, where she displayed the best version of her physique to date. Kaltwasser is considered the strong favorite, but Devera could find herself in a first callout alongside Kaltwasser if Devera appears similar to or better than her most recent pro show.
Bridget Bailey
Bailey is the highest-ranking finisher from the 2022 Shawn Ray Hawaiian Classic Pro in the 2023 lineup. She scored seventh overall in 2022 and competed three times thus far in 2023. Her best finish in 2023 was ninth at the 2023 California Night of Champions Pro. She still seeks her first pro win and Olympia qualification.
