The 2024 HYROX Karlsruhe race occurred on March 16, 2024, in Karlsruhe, Germany. The functional fitness race comprised eight exercise stations intertwined with one-kilometer runs featuring the Individual HYROX Pro divisions.
The entire HYROX Pro Women’s division podium represented the host country. Three German athletes posted the top times, with Sabrina Hahn at 1:06:48 claiming gold.
The Individual HYROX Pro Men’s division featured a more international podium with athletes representing three European countries. Still, the gold medalist, Christof Brenner, held it down for the host country with the lone sub-one-hour time.

The host country dominated the Women’s Pro field, posting eight top 10 spots. Hahn’s time earned the gold relatively comfortably, with more than three minutes between her and runner-up Jaud.
There was one other HYROX Pro race on March 16 across the Atlantic in the USA. Kristi O’Connell and Joe Kilmer won the 2024 HYROX Houston contest.
