3500+ Calorie Diet

Aiming for atleast 3500 calories , maybe 4500-5000 daily. I think the goal will be pretty easy , just now im eating a protein shake mixed with water , and a bowl of oatmeal all together equaling 900 calories , and 55g of protein. Just need to step it up into high gear and eat as much as I can throughout the day. Also while trying to keep track of my protein , carb , calorie intake.

Which if im not too busy will try to make a journal to post up on here about my daily intake.

Along with a couple measurements , estimated BF based on height/hip/weight ratio or whatever information I can find out.
 
what is your weight now? Bulking is fun, but i have to go up slow on my calories. I really need to get my metabolism moving before eating that much b/c I also like to stay at about 12% at my heaviest... At about 4500 now and often feel like I am going to explode!!!
 
i wish i ate 5-6000 a day then i would be putting some serious muscle on, but i canrt eat alot for shit
 
My weight at the moment 145-150 , I think its 145 just food still in my system. My waist measurement do I measure it tightened abs , relaxed , inhaled?
 
Can anybody tell me about the waist measurement. When I measure my waist I will measure as many other bodyparts as I can , as accurate as I can. Until then all I can really tell is about my diet , which has been hard to keep in check because of unsteady work days , unsteady days at school because of having things to do so have to skip meals sometimes , and try to make up for the calories later in the day.

But I think ive been doing pretty good , I cant remember what all I ate last night but I ate 6 of the 99cent gordita supremes , 3 protein shakes , 1 1/2 cup of dry oatmeal , egg sandwich in the morning with toast and grits on the side. Im not sure if there was anything else that I ate but I bet there was.

My diets mainly consisted of raw oatmeal all through the day because of school , and I try and eat lunch at school when I get a chance on top of that.

Maxouts , first I would like to say that I was benching 270 and the squat I have no clue I think about 290 before I got sick , but now my weight is 145-150 and benching 255 , squating 270. Im sorry I dont have any more stats and info than that. But thats all I have, also excuse my thrown together post , I am watching truelife on mtv.

Take your waist measurements relaxed. Years ago I was taking a nutrition class
and we had to log everything each day. Carbs/protien/fats/calories. I was trying
to put muscle on at that time and was shooting for 3-400 grams of protien a day.
It was tough (and a shitload of chicken) but VERY INFORMATIVE. It really showed
me what I was doing. Try to do a diet log then put the carbs/fats/protiens/cals to what you have eaten. Its a pain but there is no guessing and you can compare your
progress to your diet.
 
I'll do my best to start the log , but first I have to kick myself out of my lazy habits. It migh take me a while but it will happen. My waist measure ment right now is 30.5 , going around starting from the navel , while being completely relaxed. Which I guess that means I could get a rough rate of body% from a calculator even though I doubt it would be accurate.
