Starting in November I was going to have my 3rd run at IGF. Well as soon as I got the package I couldn't wait (received 1.5 days from order date). Today I hit 30mcg in each bi for arm day. I thought my shirt was going to rip. Granted I wear Smediums anyway but still. Absolutely love this stuff. I'm hoping it keeps me less fat this winter. I'll be running it with a few other goodies and I'll keep everyone updated once that gets going. Typically I run 80 mcgs M-F. Sometimes in the muscle I'm hitting, sometimes in my Sub-Q. That changes daily. Either was its good shiz.
