One snack I’ve found super helpful (and maybe a bit underrated) is whole milk powder! It's a perfect combo of protein and fat, which helps fuel your workout without feeling too heavy. Just mix it into a smoothie with some fruit or even add it to oatmeal for a quick, tasty option. Plus, the added fats can keep you feeling satisfied through the whole session.
