How many of you change up training styles every few weeks. I have noticed that my recent change in style leading to new growth, and a change (for the better) to how my body looks. I have done a HIT or YATES style for almost a year straight. But just recently the last month changed into some MountainDog style of training, and I have noticed a HUGE change in how my body looks. But, the only problem is that with the added volume, my recovery is starting to suffer a little bit. I also, noticed a strengh decrease, a slight bit. But a huge increase in fullness, and overall look is better. I have done this style now for about 4 weeks total. But, with the added volume, my recovery is decreased a bit, and I have noticed that my workouts this week have been tougher to get threw. So my plan is to decrease total volume, and do lower reps for a week or two, before going back to mountaindog style.

I love changing things up, but since I stopped DC I kind of just gravitate towards whatever is good for the day. It's hard to really keep coming up with drastic changes. Silk and I decided to stay home for this vacation and figure out our training

I have always trained the same way and never really changed my lifting style, I always lift every set til failure! Only thing I change is I switch it up from light to heavy weight now and then. Which makes a big difference for me, and ofcourse I change up exercises for body parts every once in a while but i never got into a whole new training philosophy

I just changed the way I train up this week and it's making my whole body sore. I've been focusing on slow controlled reps and really squeezing at the end. This is something I've never done and I love it so far
