clen.. it can be usedfor both.
I have used it quite often for assisting in my cutting and stamina for hiking..asthma..lol
anyways a good dose for clen is what is called a peaking.
start out with 20mcgs then gradually climb to 100mcgs, something like this.
20,20,40,40,60,60,80,80,100,100,80,60,40,20,20,
now this is a 2 week use and after that stay off for the same amount of time and allow your receptors to refreshen. You body will build a natural tolerance to clen and the following cycle is for a a tapering, some say dont do it this way but I have tried this and it works very well without stopping very quickly and sufferring the energy loss.
You may include caffeine but adjust you limits due to the extra stimulant effects.
as for cycles clen works well with test prop,eq,deca,winny,halo,primo..even for PCT in most cases it allows the muscles to retain hardness due to the stimulant effects of clen and help keep some defination after a cycle.
