ROCKEL ON ABS

  • “I train abs at least three times a week in the off-season and almost every day precontest.”
  • “I’ll usually just do one of the two [COLOR=#666666 !important][COLOR=#666666 !important]exercises[/COLOR][/COLOR] in my routine each time in the off-season and both of them precontest.”
  • “Cardio is crucial for great abs, and I like to train abs just before I do 30-40 minutes of cardio and then remember to pull my abs in while I’m doing the cardio.”

I do the kneeling cable crunches, but I just bend at the waist and not get on the ground, feel awkward being on the ground at the gym unless I'm stretching or doing pushups
 
I love those kneeling cables for abs, thats all I been doing for the last few months on abs, and I do them pretty much everytime I go to the gym. Its nice bc its quick and feels like a rep for chest or something instead of damn huge ab workout
