I've been doing pretty well this year as far as gaining size. Apparently I don't know shit about training as I was trying to LOSE weight. Despite having gained a good amount of muscle and strength, I can't tell anything. I look bigger in clothes. Clothes are tighter, but I don't see any muscles being visually bigger. My arms take up more space, but I don't see more size on my biceps or on the outer horse shoe of my triceps.
It seems like the body puts on tissues in areas that it sees fit. Other than looking bigger and weighing more, I'm just not all that pleased with individual bodyparts considering the muscle I carry around
