Got your attention? I see a lot of members administrating in the muscle they plan on working that day. I use to do the same thing and wow what a pump right? Pump was so crazy and full of blood I had to stop? Best pump ever? muscle started to cramp up? We all agree there is some local swelling also? Now, Before everybody starts quoting online information how beneficial it is to administrated MC IGF Lr3 IM pre/post workout in muscle trained that day hear me out.

Tell the truth or ask yourself how many of you cut a workout short because of those reasons? A killer pump because of site injection means dick! Want to see how well MC IGF works administer shoulders on a leg day ect.

Once again only thing I can say is WOW!
 
Today I did cardio for 1 hour and lifted for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The pump wasn't that bad that I had to quit. Could be the dnp but it felt like any other day when I didn't take igf. I'm new to igf by the way
 
I had administered MC IGF-Lr3 on my arms, legs, shoulders, and have to say that I do agree with your assumption. If I am working anything but back I go to my quads. This allows for an awesome pump but I can push through the workout and get it all in. Awesome product.
 
I administer immediately after workout. Within minutes. Also followed by a post workout shake of highly branched cyclic dextrin, protein and leucine. From all the information I've read that seems to be the most beneficial way to take the stuff.

It is if you are using IGF- DES. If you are using the Lr3 version, I personally like it pre workout for the killer pumps and it keeps working post workout as well.

We agree then we differ on your shake. HBCD, Leucine and protien (peptopro is my favorite) is the bomb when it comes to shakes, but we differ since I like to take this combo pre and during my workout ( not post).....................but hey to each his own!
 
pre/post.... it shouldn’t matter in terms of it’s "insulin’like” abilities working by way of shuttling / forcing more nutrients into the muscles than would otherwise be absorbed due to it being Long acting hence Long R3. Which is why so many people swear up and down that their way is the best way lol, and those ways come in many variations, pre / post / bi lat / micro dosing etc.... they all work fellas!
 
The body works in mysterious ways. Yesterday I trained upper body with a focus on arms so I pinned my biceps. When I woke up this morning they were still feeling pumped but better yet my quads were showing unusual separation even though I'm not especially lean right now and haven't trained legs since Tuesday.
 
I've been sore since Wednesday but the pump wouldn't let me do chest flys.. had to stretch and clap my hands at the gym then do my chest flys.. it was crazy. Couldnt touch both my hands together and lifting became impossible after 3 sets.I know I said on my first post I didn't feel any different than when not on igf but now that I think if it. I was able to get 5 to 6 sets before the igf and now I'm struggling with 4 sets and I'm as sore as I get with 5 to 6 sets. My vains was popping too. For the amount of fat I had and for them to show was crazy. My friend thinks it's because I have lost fat but that's not the case. His lean and cut bit natty and he doesn't show vains..

I pin early morning at 5:30 AM and don't hit the gym till 4:15 pm so saying it has to be done prè or post workout is not really accurate unless it's igf des then for sure it's prè or post or even during lifting

What muscle did you pin before or on chest day?
 
I've been sore since Wednesday but the pump wouldn't let me do chest flys? Wondering why you been sore that long? Did you train chest last Wed?

 
I trained chest, Shoulders, and triceps. Sore because of doms but I haven't gotten sore since november. It was really bad when I started to lift but by the 3rd week of lifting I would only get sore the next day and still was able to move. Right now I'm sore like when I started to lift. I'll see if I'm sore by tomorrow

Haven't been to the gym since.. dnp has drained my energy and been feeling dehydrated. Discontinued dnp and will start lifting hard in april..
