afip.org bigtime mistake

made an order with afip.org and the order never went through.
I went back and tried it a second time and then it went through.
They then emailed me and said I owed them twice as much money and threatened that if I didn’t pay it they would come at me and blackball me from all the sources.
Seems pretty crazy that the guy lost his temper like that over and honest mistake and it shows you what kind of people they are
