As far as the whole credit card thing with no reimbursing not to be unprofessional we realized immediately we made a mistake and corrected that mistake and credited you your account we sent you your product overnight as a courtesy we didn't have to do that. Your account was overdrafted because you were almost at your max limit, how was that our fault are you saying well if you wouldn't have made any of those previous purchases then we wouldn't have accidently charged you and you woulndn't have been over the limit. Of the thousands of people that we service and they get their products on time and love them, there will always be someone that has a complaint we just try to limit them. When you guys place orders in the future make sure you place them through me by either emailing me or calling me in advance I will make sure everything get's handled 800 866 1970. Sorry guys.
