Animal Products

I use Animal Pak, and would never use any other vitamin for that matter after trying them. They are truly incredible and are the only vitamin pack where I noticed a definitive difference in my energy levels and recovery time compared to nonrandomized control trials.

However, they do have other products like Animal Cuts, and Animal Nitro. Has anyone found these effective, or are they simply overpriced aminos and synephrine in fancy packaging?

I'm not currently taking Animal Nitro but I really like it! It's especially good for those who work out early in the am and don't want to make a shake and have it sitting in their stomach digesting during their workout. It's a little pricey but if used just on workout days 1 pak pre and post it lasts 5 1/2 weeks if you workout 4x/week. I'm currently taking EFX LBA PRO and really like it too.

Animal Cuts is a great product for someone who's seriously dieting (especially those doing low carb) as it helps get rid of some water weight and it's recommended to take 2 paks/day so your energy levels stay high. Those that do fasted am cardio can pop a pak upon waking do theit cardio and then as the day goes on and energy levels start to drop you can pop another pak. If someone isn't serious about dieting then Cuts or really any fat burner for that case won't do much.

I also take Animal Omega, I keep it in the fridge and take a pak everynight to get 7g of quality fats.

I take Animal PM as well to help me sleep better and have really liked it. I don't feel groggy and I feel like I recover a lot better on it.

And last but not least I take Animal Flex and honestly didn't think it did much until I went off it. It takes a few weeks to kick in but it really works....I even have my Grandma on it and she says it helps her knees a lot! aside from the normal joint ingredients it has Turmeric Extract and Quercetin which are two powerful anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatorys.

I use Animal products religiously and I really like them. Some of them are pricey but others aren't. Animal Flex, Animal Omega and Animal PM are all very well priced...especially when you compare them to like products. Animal Flex has 44 paks so it lasts a month and a half. Animal Omega lasts a month but at 7g/serving you'd go through a lot more $$ on other products. And for those that have problems sleeping just under $1/night for a good nights sleep and better recovery for a month is more than worth it.....at least in my opinion.
