I am still clean, doing 0 cardio, 0 weight training and eating every 1-1 1/2 hours based on my last post in Dec. Only eating Chicken, Fish, 100% Whey, oats, brown rice, nuts, EVOO. Re feed days I add natural PB and tatter tots. Its going on 3 months or so now and I have no problem pushing 40g P, 40G C and 10G fat each meal. So far there are 0 changes to my body other then I want to eat more and more.
