I have permanent nerve and muscle damage in my legs from my back surgery. I also have bone on bone in both knees so when it comes to legs, I am screwed. But I want to add some quality mass to my upper body. I am 48 and know that my age limits some of what I can do, but what workout and supplements would you suggest? I am on TRT at 1cc of cyp a day and want to expand on that as well.
