Long story short I ordered my latest brew supplies back on February 22 and I am STILL waiting for med lab supply to ship them.

Anyone else order during this time? I know if I had ordered medical supplies deemed important for this covid stuff then yes I totally would understand them waiting to fill my order but I didn't. I would also understand slow response as their site says on the main page but this is like what 3 plus months later and they won't even respond to my emails. I even called and left voicemails. They took my money for the order and nothing........

WTF!?!?!?!?

Anyone else run into this sort of situation? Usually med lab is great, and I hope to get this resolved because I would like to continue to patronize their business but they have to send me what I order and pay for.

The only not thing I can think that was in my order and might be in demand would be the insulin needles (maybe?) or maybe the ethyl oleate and benzyl benzoate because they do use those in making some topical meds and ointments.

So back to the main question, anyone else run into this type of situation during this shutdown or more importantly does anyone have any suggestions on how to get them to respond?
 
I havent during tje shutdown but theyve always been good to me for as long as i can remember

Thanks for posting. I was gonna make another order lol. I dealt with this form then back in April for some alcohol. Wasn’t this late though. I had used PayPal and just did a complaint through PayPal and then a week later magically got my shit. How did you pay? If it was credit card or something then make a complaint. It’s a legit company so no worries there.

Theyre a real standup company as long as ive known them, i would give them the opportunity to refund first before doing a chargeback on them. if possible of course,
 
I tried the complaint through PayPal and now I am waiting to hear back. I definitely understand then having issues right now it's just at a point they need to respond to me and let me know what's going on. I want to and will keep sending them my business as long as they get this situation addressed. Heck I always give them good reviews and have quite a bit of discount vouchers I still need to use with them.

Hopefully the PayPal route will do the trick. Thanks for saying it, I would have just kept trying to email direct and call with voicemails.
 
Whats the word on them? I keep getting their email promotions , but im curious if you or anyone knows if theyre back on track or not
 
Ok, if you guys can not tell, I kind of went looney during this second shutdown. We here in AZ had the first shutdown then it lifted for a few weeks then BAM even more strick than before. So the second one just kind of sat differently with me. The long and short is I basically climbed the walls while pulling out my hair as I chewed on my shoulder as I ran in circles, and yes I ran circles as I was climbing the walls......

So I went and contacted Paypal. I also kept calling both of the numbers I found for them and they both seemed to feed to the same voicemail. However after one of my voicemails, and I was surprisingly calm and nice given my frustrations, they got back to me. I didnt actually get the call so I got the voicemail. They had some excuse about something in one of their systems being off, I bet someone just made a mistake and I wasn't concerned. So they got me my order out the next day and they sent it like express because it was actually FAST and that was during the height of this shutdown!! Now one thing that did not sit well with me was they didn't offer a discount for next time, but oh well it's a pandemic and I'm not going to throw a fit....this time... A few weeks later I got an alert from PayPal, they refunded my money; I had totally forgotten about filing with them! I tried to contact medlab but just like when I had an issue no one got back to me and I am not going to chase someone down to take my money after that. I'll definitely be a returning customer because I don't have any I'll feelings but I say it serves them right! I tried to contact them so they could be paid for the order but they dropped the ball again!

OH and I still have some crazy discount vouchers from giving them good reviews! Something is off in their system because I go to use just one of my 5 dollar discounts and it uses ALL of them. That was one of the reasons I thought they didn't sent out the order in the first place, because their system applied all of my 7 dollar discounts and that made it where I paid like 1/3 the sticker price. So don't go tell them their system over applies the discounts!
 
Yeah they never really go above and beyond for correction mistakes. But they will always make you whole so to speak. They've always done right by me. So no complaints here but that shit wouldnt have sat right with me either brutha.

Glad it worked out though
