Anyone take Ginger?

I've tried it before with no noticeable difference.... There must be something to it though - b/c when you go out for sushi they give you ginger after the meal to aid digestion.

I know excessive amounts of protein can't be digested and ferment in your intestines producing gas. I have heard a proteolytic enzyme such as that in aminogen can help break down the protein that your body can't since your body can only do so much.

I thought ginger worked in a similar way and would help reduce gas from super high protein intake like 300-600g protein ED. Does anyone know or have experience...

I haven't added much so basically this is just a BUMP
 
its all good im learning here too

I just know i can eat protein all day, 4 shakes 10 eggs, 4 chicken breasts, 1/2 gallon milk, and i still dont fart.

Wonder if it all gets digested
 
YOu are lucky you don't fart w/ high protein intake. When bulking I eat 4 dozen (48) egg whites every single day. 12 upon waking up, 12 before workout, 12 after workout, 12 before bed and the gas is horendous!!! It's horrible! I can never bulk like that if I had a gf cuz I'm sure she'd leave me, lol.

All of you who don't get gas from high protein are sooo lucky, lol
 
i wonder what the difference is. More acid in the stoumch(spelling) or if something could ad your digestion to make it quicker.
 
mailboxkillR, you've got to find a pic of maryanne from the neck down. Damn, I still can't get those shorts out of my mind.

BTW: Ginger appeared on a Married With Children episode not long before they went off the air. Aging like fine wine.
