Ingredients
- 3/4 cups of Oatmeal
- 1/4 of Oat Bran
- 6 Egg Whites
- 1/2 scoop (15g) of Vanilla Human Evo Whey Protein from TheSupplementOutlet.com
- 1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon of Splenda
- 1 tablespoon of Flax Oil
- *1 Apple diced
- 2 tablespoons of Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Directions
- In a blender, mix all of the ingredients apart from the diced apple, blend until you get a thick mixture
- Then, add the diced apple to the mixture and stir it with a spoon or spatula.
- Pour the mix in a muffin cooking pan, cook at 350 degrees F until its cooked (usually 30 minutes)
