When applying growth stimulants to the biceps what application points
has anybody used. I know we have inner and outer and upper and lower,
but what has been experiences with application locations. Rotate??
Start with weeker area? Is one location better?
Also, any way to get around bruising? (only seems to happen with my bi's)
