alright... its been ages since i've had the blender out. Infact, i just had to buy a new one. But seriously, i forgot how nice it is to make shakes in the morning.
right now,
1 banana
1/2 of yogart (strawberry)
blue berries or cranberries
cup of milk
Steamed broccoli (cooked ahead of time)
2 scoops of protein powder (40 grams)
ice cubes....
what are you guys putting in yours???
