I agree. Back first. There are alot of guys that I know that only train biceps or triceps every third back or chest workout as those muscles are so heavily taxed using heavy weights for back or chest.
if your gym has one, try to pre-exchaust your back with a plate pull over machine that why the smaller muscle group is fresh for movements such as pull ups and rows
Yates was big on this and attributes this as to why his back was so big
