Most people I know train their back like any other muscle and fit it in their routine just like any other muscle... After some thought last night I came to the conclusion that maybe this is wrong. The back is and area not one particular muscle. . We don't train our "front" all on the one day. So why do so many people train their "back" on one day.
I have always split my back workouts. 1week for width 2nd week for thickness and so on.
Do you think it may be beneficial to split this back workouts in the same week just hitting different sections of it?
