If that doesn't work, just rest. Sometimes rest is the best medicine.
You can also look in to EQ, anavar and or peptides for building some tendonstrength. Bpc-157, tb-500, hgh etc.
I wouldnt recommend using equipoise if you already have bad knees, just my opinion. The other products however I have heard work well, like the tb-500 in particular, and for the record, and NOT a sales pitch, but IGF-1 promotes collagen synthesis very well. I have posted many actual medical studies on this in our articles forum as well peptide forum for anyone who cares to look into it reading them. But in short, Connective tissue is what holds our muscles and bones together. Connective tissue is tendons and ligaments both of which are made of collagen. Ligaments connect bone to bone while tendons connect muscle and bone together. So Collagen in extremely important!
Also out of my own curiosity, has anyone ever really benefitted from using Chondroitin? I ask because I must have used this stuff 3 or 4 times, and never felt shit! I also think it might have had to do with the fact that I never used it long enough? I would use it for a few weeks and not see or feel any noticeable changes in my knees and then stop using it. So just curious if anyone has really used it long enough to have benefitted from it?
Thnx I keep telling myself I’m going to grab some and never do as it might help everything else. What are the negative effects do you feel when you stop?? And I want the powder too so appreciate the mention bro
