first off their ordering process has gotten worse and worse. Lots of problems with placing orders nowadays and they aren’t doing a good enough job when it comes to Communicating with the customer
I’m really feeling like they’re becoming more and more of a joke
when you reach out to them it takes them forever to get back to you they’re very flaky.
