Do you take BCAA's? Whats your favorite kind? I was taking scivation and i love it but to take a good dose it gets expensive. Thinking about switching to something a bit more cost effective. Whats good out there in the supplement world?

bcaa powder in watermelon flavor by LG SCIENCES.. amazing..they used to send it to me for free, but not anymore ...but i'm deff getting some more as soon as i get back home from arnold... i use it during my work out... it tastes amazing and works better than anything else i tried...

I love that stuff.. never paid for it so not sure how much it is, but I think its still pretty inexpensive compared to other supplement companies.

Yeah i think it was 23 bucks or maybe a touch more. Better price then scivation xtend for sure.

yeah.. you can't beat the watermelon flavor...i HATE blueberry in any supplements.. it just tastes like shit...but the watermelon is deff. a good time!...
the owner used to send me bags of supplements from them just for the hell of it, h'es good people...so I deff. recommend their stuff.. their protein isnt bad also, its more for leaning out tho.. not so much for bulking up...but pre work out powder they have is great also, altho the postal ( post work out) tastes like grinded chalk lmao! uke:

i got the watermelon kiwi. That was the only watermellon they had at bb.com on the lg website it was like 5 bucks more a bottle i think. Im sure it will be good. Wish someone would send me bags of supplements lol. Looks to be good stuff though ready to try it out i need some amino's during my workout bad.

It's a little pricier but I'm using ALRI's Chain'd Out (appletini flavor) right now and I LOVE it! Awesome shit... highly recommend it!! Optimum Nutrition's BCAAs taste like crap, but since I have a tub of it, I'll add it to my PWO shake just to get it in. I've heard good stuff about Xtend but haven't tried it yet...

But.. the place I use I wasn't lying about.. they really ARE that CHEAP.. I gave Ms. Oliya the site... she can elaborate and say whether or not she thinks it's the cheapest.. basically this place.. doesn't wanna make a penny off of you.. they sell it to you at wholesale + .01 penny for profit.. They are dedicated to getting the supplements to you cheaper than ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE INTERNET..

So... IF YOU GET ON MY GOOD SIDE.. I might share...

being cheap is one thing... not having what i need is another lol...

so far.. prosource is my number 1... they have every single brand in the world...and are very reasonable with pricing...

I know they don't have LG I was Teasing.. lol.. *but.. Netrition does.. for pretty cheap.. 16.99*... you are right.. to each their own.. I just don't like LG just because well.. i dunno.. they remind me of MUSCLETECH and ALRI is the same way.. it's weird the way I view supplements.. I know what is needed for the basics, and when a company has a "proprietary blend" you know that they are filling your head full of nonsense... *I LEARNED THIS BECAUSE I WORKED FOR A SUPPLEMENT COMPANY-- Cant release a name, due to a legal binding contract..* but.. let's just say I know more than most about the supplement world.. *not that I am bragging in any sense of the word*.. Oh.. I forgot to say what i use for BCAA's.. I use- Dymatize BCAA 5050, and 10 tabs per day of Nature's best Perfect Amino's, and 1 tsp of N-Acetyl-Cysteine (Nutrabio) for liver health... than couple that with all the Amino's you get from a daily diet, and protein shakes... I pull in enough to sustain my muscle mass for sure !!
