So what you all think is the best way to measure BF? My gym uses skinfold, bioimpedance and measurements. All basic stuff trouble is all the results are all over the place, the one I did on a member was 25%, then 30% then 41% using the above methods leaving me think they are all very inaccurate!!

Anyone else care to chime in? Are they for entertainment purposes only?
 
I think your underwater test ( can't remember what it is called) is the best. When I am running single digits and have veins on my abs the bioimpedance will show me at 21% BF............it is a joke. I can change the reading by 3% bf (21% to 18%) just by working out and drinking plenty of water in a hour. haha
