Best cutting cycle

Hi to all.i m new one and i want to know which cycle is the best for gain less mass...i m 34 185 85 kilo..thanks
 
Food. There is no gear for bulking and cutting you can do the same with any of them. If your the type of person with a propensity to gain fat easily then you need to restrict your caloric intake and work out hard and stay active.
There is no magic cutting cycle. Yes guys use certain things when prepping for contest to make sure they don't retain any water but really you should never be bulking or cutting you should always be building lean mass and always maintain a fairly low body fat % I'm not saying you should be where a person competing should be but if you are looking to cut you need to look in the refrigerator and in the gym. Yes gear could aid you in this and a simple test cycle with an AI will be needed to keep the estro down. I'd also recommend nettle root extract to lower SHBG(sex hormone binding globulin) and a good pct. But you haven't given enough info to really even recommend a test cycle. Honestly you should try out some Sarms if anything, get your diet right and then look into gear. This is just my opinion, yes some hormones are better utilized for bulking and some for not retaining water and one maybe at helping lose some body fat mainly around the stomach but if you can't work out and figure out a diet that keeps you lean then there's no point. You could use a cycle and lose some fat and gain some muscle then when your done and run pct end up looking the same after its all about what you are eating and how you are training. There's no magic bulk and cut cycles.

Bulk = excess calories
Cut = calorie deficit

See what amount of calories work best for you to get to where you are leaned out, of course with a good amount of that protein, stay away from refined carbs and junk and lift and you will see a massive transformation.

Sorry I did see you put your weight but not your height which 185 on a 6 foot male would be very lean but on a guy who is 5'5 there's going to be a big difference so height is also needed but even so the same applies. Either way if you are just starting j would go with some Sarms and maybe some igf. If you insist on gear too my TE or TC a week with an AI.

Steroids won't cut u or bulk u!!!
Your diet, food intake and activity level compared to your calories consumed will determine your body fat% u end up with. Protein intake, complex carbs, healthy fats the right amounts for your own body's metabolic rate will be different then the next guys.

Gear used and chosen for me is from my experience on what worked. Gear has speeded up my metabolic rate.

It takes alot of disapline and experience to learn how u will react to a compound and how to use it and remain cut or ripped. I have found for me I get to desired body fat and try to hold it during a cycle and this gives me better results I terms of cut.
Or use gear cycle and after bulking come off gear and recomp I end up cut everytime I come off a cycle after like 4 to 8 weeks only problem is I lose more weight and muscle than I want to though.

I have noticed over years people think winny will make u ripped and burn fat. This is incorrect!
Winny will keep muscles preserved to being lost in calorie deficient and will not put on water but it will add hardening due to androgenic pathway.
 
What everyone is saying is true. The reason to take AAS during a cut is that you are able to take calories down to levels you normally couldn't without loosing a ton of muscle with the fat. With the right about of anabolics you can go into a 1500 cal deficit and still lose almost zero muscle.
 
Yellow snow I couldn't have said it better and was the point I was trying to make but can't in such short sentences great post. In a cut for competition or I guess if your vain like most of us really are you use gear to lower your calories drastically to lose the extra lbs but try to maintain as much muscle as possible and stay shredded and some things are very good at doing this but I use these samw things when I'm working to add size. The whole point is always stay lean. No we can't always stay co petition lean and many of us aren't ever go I g to get to that place but you never want to bluk in the sense of gain excess fat then cut down it makes no sense you eat based on your body type or metabolism. Mine is fast, always has been always player sports and very active so I would have to eat 4000 to 6000 cals with a large amount of protein to build lean mass and size. At 6 foot and actually just slightly over and only weighing between 225 and 235 depending, which I never like to go over personally its just where I'm comfortable and look good and feel good but people will always say you up to to 250 now. Nope never will be again at my height I think for some its fine but 225 and 235 sounds skinny to a lot if guys who are 5'6 5'8 5'10 but trust me, I'm cut and vascular as F. It makes me look big and I feel great besides I don't care what anyone thinks of my weight. I could maintain this size with no gear and did for two years just on TRT but I had a total test of 93 and they didn't bother with free test , smh. But what I'm saying is if you are getting fat on gear you are doing something wrong you should be lean and growing. I've been at it for years and been up to almost 260 I think I was 258 or 259 I hated it. So I'm good at 225 to 235. 10 lbs is huge when its all solid mass. Eat based on your body and as noted cutting is for eating very low cals for comp and trying to retain muscle mass. Most guys starting out would be amazed at how different they would look if they trained hard and right, dropped the sodium and soda. Sodium only holds water. That's why ppl can drop 10 lbs in a matter of days cut the sodium they lose the water its a miracle.
